Mitigation: Only active contributors are eligible to vote.

Dilemma: A whale joins the DAO and instantly dominates governance.

Mitigation: Quadratic voting among contributor squad.

Onboarding

Application process with a particle holder prerequisite.

Particle holders can post an application on the Forum under the “DAO Application” category.

DAO members can vote on the application.

If X% with a forum of X% vote yes, the applicant is minted a non-transferable seasonal NFT pass (POAP).

This seasonal pass is issued via Discord bot.

New seasonal passes are automatically sent to contributors who maintain a certain threshold of Discord activity.

Offboarding

If user activity falls below a certain threshold then:

• A warning tag is added to the user's Discord profile
• A touchpoint is scheduled to determine the cause and possibly execute an offboarding process
• The following seasonal pass is not automatically issued
