So the plan right now is to start hiring for the executive board, we have a few prospects (looking for someone with a law background and experience in non-profits, as well as an an art collector looking to be steward the art).
The first board meeting of the foundation is scheduled to be held in April, with initial board members being Shingo and Charlotte (both here on discord), and one additonal director if we manage to secure on in time.
Financially speaking before we release everything, as you know we have had a $500,000 grant from the Avalanche Foundation to kick start the Foundation. While the work was already exhibited in Miami and NYC (with some substantial costs)! Particle (the private corp that runs the development of the particalization process) paid for all of that. As of yet, there is therefore $500,000 in the Foundation account, available for use
